How does the number portability work?
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the service of porting the mobile number by keeping its number (including the code) while changing the operator.
By porting your number to lifecell, you fully keep your number and its operator’s code. It means that if your number starts with 067, 097, 066, 050 or other codes, these digits will remain the same.

How to port your number to lifecell?

Identification and application
You can apply online or in a lifecell shop. If your number is not identified (registered), i.e. is not attached to your passport details, you can do it when submitting the application online by using QES, BankID or in a lifecell shop with your identification document. The data in the application must coincide with the details in the document used for identification (registration) of your number.

Getting lifecell SIM card
Please choose a way convenient to you:
Online
Buy any lifecell starter package (including the "SUPER PACKAGE") and enter new SIM card details here on the site (online portability) before the date of porting. The number will be ported to this card. If your smartphone supports eSIM, you can choose eSIM during online portability for FREE and port your number to it. Please check if your smartphone supports eSIM technology by the link
In a lifecell shop
Get SIM card in a lifecell shop when applying or no later than 3 hours before porting time selected in the application. The number will be ported to this card. You must have a phone with the active SIM card, the number of which you want to port. The confirmation code will be sent to this number.
Preparing your SIM card for portability
Insert the lifecell SIM card into your phone before porting the number you've chosen in the application. We'll inform you in advance.
If you've failed to get the lifecell SIM card by this time, the portability will be suspended until next business day. The new date and time will be notified in an SMS message.New option!
